£450K+ logistics facility investment
To support our MRP system we have invested over £450K in our logistics facility, to reduce kitting time and maximise storage medium we have installed three eight meter carrousels for piece parts and a shuttle for material which is supplied on reels. This investment has enabled us to increase our throughput, reduce our ‘non-value add’ logistics area without increasing the number of stores personnel.
